YTS is dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive within their natural environments by building and strengthening natural supports. YTS helps individuals and families identify and utilize internal and external resources to build healthy relationships, heal from trauma, and solve day-to-day challenges using interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational strategies for the individual and within the family dynamic using Family Systems approaches.
