Summer Social Skills group for elementary, middle, and high school students. Focusing on developing emotional regulation, building self-confidence, and establishing social awareness in a small group setting. Group Facilitators by school counselors, social workers, and a school psychologist.

Fun, interactive small group that helps kids build essential social skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Small group sessions designed to help tweens navigate friendships, overcome social challenges, and build the confidence and communication skills they need both now and in the future.

In this unique group container, we will move beyond "fixing" problems and instead cultivate the three pillars of embodied balance using exploration through movement.

Our supportive, therapist-led group creates a safe space for high school teens to practice skills, connect with peers, and grow socially in a fun and encouraging environment.

Healing & Hope Circle is a free, confidential virtual support group in Korean for women seeking healing, safety, and emotional support after difficult or harmful relationships.

Join us at our 2026 Community Block Party and Health Fair! Take part in free health screenings, family fun activities, free dance classes and games for children, and enjoy a complimentary lunch on Saturday, July 11th from 10am-2pm at 123 Metro Blvd., Nutley, NJ. School Avoidance
Join us for a series of informative sessions on how InStride Health delivers effective, evidence-based treatment for children, teens, and young adults with anxiety and OCD. We’ll explore our therapeutic approach, including CBT and exposure therapy, and walk through presentation-specific case studies.
