Parents AND expecting parents: recognize signs of stress in your everyday life; discuss and plan simple, realistic ways to build support and refill your own cup.

Each session features trusted experts sharing practical tools, real-life guidance, and resources to help you care for yourself and your baby.

Explore how meaningful relationships between schools, families, and community organizations create a powerful support system that helps children and youth thrive. The conversation will focus on priorities, initiatives, and opportunities impacting families. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue around current challenges, emerging needs, and strategies to strengthen supports for children, youth, and families statewide.

Summer Social Skills group for elementary, middle, and high school students. Focusing on developing emotional regulation, building self-confidence, and establishing social awareness in a small group setting. Group Facilitators by school counselors, social workers, and a school psychologist.

In this unique group container, we will move beyond "fixing" problems and instead cultivate the three pillars of embodied balance using exploration through movement.

Why Bully Me? is a powerful live theatrical experience bringing the reality of bullying to life through storytelling and unforgettable messages that speak to the heart of every family & the hidden pain behind bullying. Featuring youth & adult performers, whom have overcome bullying or social isolation, to uplift and encourage everyone.

Join us for a series of informative sessions on how InStride Health delivers effective, evidence-based treatment for children, teens, and young adults with anxiety and OCD. We’ll explore our therapeutic approach, including CBT and exposure therapy, and walk through presentation-specific case studies.
