Let's Solve It LLC is a community-based behavioral health agency dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families throughout New Jersey. We specialize in Intensive In-Community (IIC) services, Behavioral Assistance (BA), and personalized support for youth with emotional, behavioral, mental health, and developmental needs.

We proudly serve youth experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral challenges, and high-functioning developmental disabilities (DD). Our goal is to help each individual develop effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication and social skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful success at home, in school, and within the community.

Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and individualized skill-building techniques. To create engaging and meaningful therapeutic experiences, we also incorporate equine-assisted therapy, physical fitness and movement-based activities, yoga, art therapy, and music therapy when appropriate to support emotional expression, confidence, self-regulation, and overall wellness.
