Helpful Hands, the Northeast Regional Early Intervention Collaborative, Inc. (NREIC), is a collaboration of parents and professionals working on behalf of infants and toddlers ages birth to three years old, enrolled in Early Intervention, with a variety of special needs as well as significant developmental delays. We are a not-for-profit agency serving families in Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic Counties.
