We are a NJ DDD Support Coordination Agency. We compassionately serve adults (we work with high school graduates too!) with developmental disabilities and provide in and out-of-home services for recipients of DDD paid through Medicaid/assigned yearly DDD budget. There is no cost to families for our services.

We are a lifeline for individuals and families who need ongoing care and coordination. We take the time to work with each individual with compassion, attention to detail, and follow the life hopes and dreams of each client we serve.

This agency is owned and operated by a parent of a child with Autism. Our coordinators also have children with disabilities, so we understand firsthand what families need and are seeking in care.
