Our supportive, therpaist-led group creates a safe space for kids to practice skills, connect with peers, and grow socially in a fun and encouraging enviornment. The group focuses on improving conversations, developing activie listening skills, managing emotions and tools to reduce stress, handle a wide range of conflict, all while building confidence, self-esteem, and building meaningful friendships.
