Our supportive, therpaist-led group creates a safe space for kids to practice skills, connect with peers, and grow socially in a fun and encouraging enviornment. The group focuses on starting and maintianing conversations, managing and understanding emotions accompanyied with tools to reduce stress, develop conflict resolution and building cognitive flexibility. All while building confidence, self-esteem, and creating meaningful friendships.
