SPTS was founded in 2005 by two Monmouth county fathers, who each experienced the devastating loss of a teenage child by suicide. We firmly believe that accessible quality education and public awareness about teen suicide can save young lives. Our mission is to reduce the number of youth suicides and attempted suicides by encouraging public awareness through the development and promotion of educational training programs.

Special Dragons is a karate program for children with special needs.  Special Dragons adaptive karate uses special education teachers and black-belts as instructors. Special Dragons uses basic Karate techniques to address eye/hand coordination, motor control, conditioning, balance, focus/time on task, and more.
