Socialization Group

Resocialization and Devirtualizing Your Life Group

COVID may not be over but neither are our social lives. This group is a support for young adults who graduated from high school or college after attending virtually and feel alone anxious, and even depressed. Together we will explore life before COVID, during COVID and what dreams or goals you may have post COVID. We will explore strengths, share experiences, and re learn how to live life again as we devirtualize and resocialize back to the real world. This group will be a safe place to share thoughts and feelings experienced during COVID, learn new social skills, and practice both old and newly learned socialization skills. The Group is Live/In-person, requires proof of vaccination and the practice of safe and healthy social practice.
