Domestic violence hotline
New Jersey Vet2Vet is a 24 hour/7-day a week helpline coordinated by Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care. The helpline features peer counseling for Veterans, members of the Air/Army National Guard, and family members. Another component is providing this population access to a support network of mental health professionals.
NLC Support is a New Jersey Support Coordination Agency offering support coordination in Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union counties.
NO MORE is a public awareness and engagement campaign focused on ending domestic violence and sexual assault by breaking social stigmas, normalizing the conversation, and increasing resources to address these issues on the local, state, and national levels.

Northeast Family Services of New Jersey is Licensed by the Department of Health and offers:
Outpatient substance abuse treatment program providing drug-free and methadone services (5 weeks, 7 months, and long-term programs); HIV pre- and post-test counseling. HIV prevention services for women and children.

Opt for Help and Hope is a prosecutor-led, diversionary program for defendants charged in Paterson Municipal Court with non-violent offenses. Through Opt for Help and Hope, defendants will be linked with recovery resources and support services.
Options Counseling Center is a licensed mental health and substance abuse treatment facility. We provide comprehensive services for adolescents, adults, and concerned family members and friends who are suffering from the effects of mental illness and/or addiction.

Brain Injury support groups are an opportunity for both persons with brain injury and their family members to discuss the difficulties and hardships they are facing, as well as the accomplishments and joys in their life. This free group meets at Rehabilitation Specialists on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
