The Health Fair is been hosted by Crossroads4Hope: A Network of Cancer Support and Elizabeth Public Library in collaboration with other organizations that provide services to people affected by cancer. We hope to raise awareness on cancer prevention (early detection, screening and nutrition), clinical trials, rehabilitation, health financing and other cancer education and support resources. 

This event is free and open to the public. There will be free cancer information and resources, cancer screening referrals and giveaways.
