NJ VET 2 VET: For Soldiers, Veterans, and Families
New Jersey Vet2Vet is a 24 hour/7-day a week helpline coordinated by Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care. The helpline features peer counseling for Veterans, members of the Air/Army National Guard, and family members. Another component is providing this population access to a support network of mental health professionals.

Passaic / Bergen Brain Injury Support Group
Brain Injury support groups are an opportunity for both persons with brain injury and their family members to discuss the difficulties and hardships they are facing, as well as the accomplishments and joys in their life. This free group meets at Rehabilitation Specialists on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm.

The mission of the Paterson Community Health Center is to provide quality and respectful health care to the greater Paterson community, especially to the uninsured and underinsured.
Paterson Counseling Center Substance Abuse Treatment
Offers ambulatory detox, methadone maintenance, and drug-free outpatient treatment. Special programs include free prenatal care, free methadone maintenance, and support services for heroin-addicted pregnant women.
